The rich colour of the waters – blue, aqua, turquoise, green – combine with the dazzling white sand especially at Hill Inlet and Whitehaven Beach. The islands welcome sailing visitors and the resorts such as Hamilton Island, Hayman Island, Daydream Island and many others provide such great accommodation for everyone.
This painting is of a Seawind catamaran painted onto an original chart of Whitsunday Island to Bowen dating back to 1962. It is professionally framed with nautical style white distressed timber frame and white and navy blue matting.
