New Zealand has such a strong sailing history and such wonderful sailing destinations. I was fortunate to have been given a set of charts of New Zealand with wonderful blues, greens and aquas which provide a beautiful backdrop for the sailing yachts.

New Zealand has such a strong sailing history and such wonderful sailing destinations. I was fortunate to have been given a set of charts of New Zealand with wonderful blues, greens and aquas which provide a beautiful backdrop for the sailing yachts. I have a number of New Zealand charts which can be used for Custom painting – see my information on Custom designed art for you.
This painting is painted onto an original chart produced in 1983 by the Royal New Zealand Navy. The area is Cape Russell to Motuora Island, New Zealand. I have used the beautiful blues and aquas used in the chart.
This painting would make a great gift for the sailor in your family or a friend. Or maybe a gift to yourself that may recapture some of your experiences.
