SHIPPING POLICY

We will confirm your order within 3 working days of receiving your order and payment.  We will attempt to have your artwork shipped within 5 business days of receiving your payment and delivered within 14 business days.  An email will be sent to you giving you details of the shipping of your artwork including a tracking number.

The cost of shipping within Australia is generally included in the price of the artwork.  Shipping is normally conducted through Australia Post for packaged items under 105cm x 105cm.

Where a packaged item is more than 105cm x 105cm, a courier will be used and we will notify you of the details of the courier and provide a tracking number.

For international shipments, additional shipping costs may be necessary.  If applicable, the additional charges will be advised and agreed by you.

For both Australian and international shipments, if you wish to insure your artwork, there will be an additional charge which will be prior agreed.

Damage during Transit

We take all necessary care to protect your artwork against damage during transit.  If your packaged item arrives with obvious damage TO BOTH the packaging and the artwork please ask the courier to return it and NOTIFY us immediately at hello@delmorrisonart.com.au.  Please include photos of the damage to the packaging and the artwork.

RETURNS POLICY

If you feel that the painting that you ordered is defective or not as reflected in the website photo, you can return it to Del Morrison Art, 14 Tarawa Street, Parrearra  Qld   4575  Australia.

When returning artwork, please use the original packaging if it is still in good order.  If the original packaging is not in good order, please repackage the item securely yourself.

To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 3 working days that you will be returning the item and the return must be received within 14 days of your notification. You will be responsible for all return shipping charges.  Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  You must return the artwork for a valid reason – a change of mind will not qualify.

If your artwork was damaged during transit, please take photos showing the damage and email us attaching the photos within 3 business days of receipt.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the condition of the item when received.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days of the approval.
